  • Physical NFC products are provided to facilitate review collection

  • Proper use is your responsibility

  • We are not liable for misuse or incorrect placement

Ratelee integrates with third-party platforms such as Google.

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform policy changes

  • Review removals

  • Account suspensions


6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software belong to Ratelee.

You may not copy or use them without permission.


7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Number of reviews

  • Increased revenue

  • Business results


8. Limitation of Liability

Ratelee is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Indirect or consequential damages


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated.


10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
