Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and customised NFC products, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.


1. Subscriptions

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable

  • Billing is in advance

  • You may cancel anytime (service continues until end of billing period)


2. Free Trials

  • You must cancel before trial ends

  • Failure to cancel = automatic charge

  • Charges are non-refundable


3. NFC Products

  • No refunds once production begins

  • No refunds for change of mind

Replacements only if:

  • Product is defective

  • Product arrives damaged

Must be reported within 7 days.


4. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Reviews

  • Revenue

  • Business growth

Refunds are not issued based on performance.


5. Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts

  • Deny future service


6. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in rare cases.
